I believe food to be a beautiful passage for nourishment, abundance, memories, nostalgia, gratification, love and replenishment. It carries stories, evokes memories and creates new ones. With one smell you can be transported to another country, time or to a loved one. Old traditions can be honoured and new ones formed, all in dish.
